Terms of Service

Effective 4 September 2026.

1. Who

These terms are between you (the host or business using Azool) and Azool (contact: hello@azool.io). By creating an account you accept them.

2. The service

Azool provides a shared booking calendar, calendar synchronisation with third-party channels through the feed URLs you supply, briefings and alerts, guest check-in forms, and related tools, as described on azool.io. Features may change; we will not remove core functionality without notice.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate details and keep your sign-in links and codes private. You are responsible for everyone you invite to your team.

4. Your data and content

You own your data. You grant us the right to process it to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to import calendar data and to collect guest details, and for complying with laws that apply to your rentals.

5. Third-party channels

Synchronisation depends on feeds provided by Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, channel managers and others. Those feeds update on their own schedules, which we do not control. Azool refreshes them continuously and alerts you to overlaps, but cannot guarantee that a booking made on one channel is reflected on another at any given moment. You remain responsible for your availability on each channel.

6. Fees

Pricing is shown on azool.io. Free trials convert to paid plans only when you choose a plan. Prices exclude VAT unless stated. We may change prices with 30 days' notice by email.

7. Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no attempts to access other customers' data, no abuse of messaging features, no reverse engineering.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We back up data regularly.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Azool is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost bookings or revenue arising from channel delays, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time from Settings or by emailing hello@azool.io. We can suspend or end accounts for breach of these terms with notice where practical. On closure you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email 30 days in advance.

12. Law

Icelandic law applies; disputes go to the courts of Iceland, without prejudice to consumer rights in your country of residence.
